Children, parents and coaches clad in baseball uniforms crowded the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library courtyard and back lawn on Thursday. The smell of kettle corn filled the grounds as the kids jumped around in inflatable bouncers and ate hot dogs to celebrate the upcoming Shetland and Pinto World Series youth baseball tournament this weekend.
