The Simi Valley Senior Center will present the following activities. Unless otherwise noted, events take place at the center, 3900 Avenida Simi. •A class on the history of chocolate will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tues., Oct. 21. Participants will learn how this food was discovered and its modern uses, sample recipes and taste sauces on ice cream.
